This is where I was this afternoon.

As a member of the Inner Wheel, at least once a year we are in charge of a "friendship club" where we entertain local elderly residents with tea, cakes and a speaker or other type of entertainment.

Today's was, as usual, a successful afternoon, with the speaker being a lady who recites her own dialect poems.

And I took some cake home :)
