Busy day. Got hired as a party photographer for Maxx Fish, a nightclub in Whistler. Then, I got to be media front and centre for Blackalicious, my favourite hip hop act. They played an amazing set. Chemical Calisthenics was a highlight.

Most importantly though, after Blackalicious I got to go to the Pro Photographer Showdown. This show featured 5 photographers showing off their best action sports and lifestyle work. Kari Medig won, and his work inspired me so much. Check the website if you're interested. He was able to capture the true emotion of skiing in his work, something I aspire to.
