The Day I Got The Pencils Out

Stuck in work all day and a rainy evening meant that I thought I would try some arty farty shots. I found these pencils at the bottom of a draw and after many attempts at placing them I finally opted for this still life. I used a tripod and had the camera on aperture priority having found the macro with flash a little dull especially with the diffuser. The pencils are in a champagne flute on a box with A4 paper. Some tweaking in Aperture after download just to improve the sharpness.
