New scientist at work

To prepare for my new science teacher assignment I borrowed some books on simple experiments to get some inspiration.
The one who was really inspired, however, was Abbie. Today we made clouds in a bottle, we determined how to tell a raw from a cooked egg by the spinning test, created a cyclone in a bottle.
The best experiment however, was making this "lava lamp"!
