30 Day Challenge 13: from a distance

Ok I know I'm good but not that good that I can set my camera timer, run away with the dog and back towards the camera all in the space of a few seconds. My beautiful assistant Mary was my "tripod" and "timed shutter release". OK, she took the picture! But it was all my idea! I shouted, "now!" and everything... it might just as well have been me...

Anyway here is my humble submission for todays challenge, "from a distance".
