The Day of judgement looms

Another day at Victoria Baths today, seeing as J9 is on the exhibition committee i got roped into fetching carrying & hanging duties. Upside is i get messy for free at the launch :-)

This is J9's alcove. I love it, its got a long explanation (including "questioning the roles and transience of possessions in our lives") but its basically found objects on a 4 mile walk into town. The objects where photographed where they were found, a few blown up onto prints, then the rest (loads of them) hand cast into the 3 incredibly heavy resin slabs at the foot of the piece.

I think its fantastic :-)
