Another butterfly ...

... I've been hunting for a long time ... I have also been trying to google the name of this beauty, but all in vain.

Zumba is still going strong although I am seriously thinking of going a bit slower than I am currently. It is indeed high intensity. Today the scale moved back by a fraction again :) ... All I need to do is to be consistent for a few months.

My blipping motivation is slightly low these days and am not commenting much, mainly due to the reason that my priority is making an effort to move back the scale by a big amount and not just a fraction; my work also starts now i.e. trainings, faculty retreat coming up, course preparation and research ... so I hope you guys understand!!
