Uncertainty

I'm starting to feel like I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. My sister didn't get good exam results for her first year of A-Level so is faced with a lot of life-changing choices which she has to make. I don't know what I want to do in life. I don't even know what I want for dinner most days. How am I supposed to decide my whole future in the next few years?
