The kitchen renovation had hit a problem but Albert, the damp specialist arrived at 7.45 this morning to do his worst.

I decided to visit Spitalfields for breakfast and a bit of 'fresh air'. Its an area which is changing very quickly and gentrification is in full swing. It is also an incredibly interesting area.

The street art and Graffiti is superb.

You don't often come across political street art in this country but this is a beauty. Cameron and Clegg in some kind of embrace AKA Vinny Jones and Paul Gascoigne at Plough Lane in the 1980's.

Lovely stuff.
