Hurricane Leftovers

Rather a moody shot of a sunflower tonight. Its neighbour in the vase is doing quite well by comparison. I've tried getting a good shot of these flowers since I bought them but has never quite worked which is partly to do with the location and stuff in the background. The sunflowers in the garden are still doing well. Hope the hurricane leftovers don't get them next week.

The weather has been so unpredictable. I was expecting 24hrs of heavy rain to have started! No complaints for the revised forecast. ;-)
