I went to Egilsay and walked along to the Bay of Skaill and the Head of Vady. I came across another shoreside junkpile of old iron left be some bygone farmer.

I saw my first fieldfare of the season- a harbinger of winter as it will just have arrived from Iceland or Scandinavia.

Around the Point of the Graand and up along the white beaches. The sun reflected strongly from the sand, but I manages to put up with it.
I saw the lama that lives along there; it looked like a sort of Monarch of the Glen.
