Back to my roots

Had my first run in two weeks , fab to be back out running and overdosing on endorphins. It's been an amazing few weeks of partying but time to get back into being healthy.

This is a predicatble canal view.I always feel at home there and whatever is going on elsewhere is forgotten about when I stand/sit/lie with my camera and shoot photos.

On a complete tangent, my sister had a baby last night, we have not seen each other for two years and tommorow I am going over to see her and baby Ramona

Time for family and being sensible this weekend.
