On Voting Day Too...

The City Colours: Paint The Town Red & White Collection has given me a couple of fun blips over the last month, but they have been beginning to show the wear and tear of a tropical setting. Some of them have been pruned back, some removed, but today I saw my first dismantlement.

Couldn't find the Roger Moore look-a-like, nor the Chanel hand bag that amused me the first time around; Erin even took my hand because it "was a bit sad, dad".

I'm sure there's something poignant about the transient nature of monuments dedicated to the strengths of a nation that's way beyond me.

Had a great evening by the pool with Nathan, Ali, a few bottles of wine, and a swarm of kids capable of filling several fitba' teams.
