Wind turbine
Old style. Also saw some of the new ones that blot the landscape and generate nothing but money in subsidies from our taxes for people that don't need it. Whether they make a scintilla of difference to our carbon footprint is highly unlikely, but as long as we live in Salmondland we'll just keep seeing them proliferating. The only way we can make a difference is to reduce our energy consumption.
Which is why I won't tell you how we got to Bankfoot.
But once we got there, we biked to Little Glenshee then had a walk then biked back by a longer way - total 17 miles on the bikes and about 6 on foot. I've cycled 105 miles this week. Yes I know you do that in a day but it's quite a lot for me.
