Biscuits

I was in a cooking mood today so we had soup made from homegrown tomatoes at lunchtime and oat & coconut biscuits for afternoon tea.
I thought the biscuits were fine but my ungrateful husband described them as "limp". However I feel compelled to forgive him because he has washed and hoovered my car.
