Workshop day 1

I am doing a photo workshop for the next two days. The theme of the weekend is the portrait, not one of my favorite subjects. In fact I don't like doing posed photos, I hate doing at set up and I detest studio work. They are all really good reasons that I am not a photographer. I am up for a challenge. Here goes nothing.
