Crock Pot Madness

We bought a crock pot a wee while ago. We used it loads (as you do) then haven't used it all that much of late. However, with the Mrs starting Uni again and the winter well on it's way it is going to be getting used more and more. So my good lady made some pulled pork (I know a few of you know what that is) in it today. It was rather tasty to say the least. Especially with a little rice and taco shells topped off with Sour Cream! Give it a try.

Technically it is only Friday today with the long weekend, Yee Ha!!! Thinking maybe squeeze in some fishing on Monday. Tomorrow is still Sunday and you know what that means (Cheer and Football).

Away to watch the X-Factor (I know, I know) with the family (less the boy - think he might have moved out). I am only watching to try and get Swagger Jagger (what is that all about?) out of my fricking head, thanks Megan!
