Mam....... Where's my pay slip?

I asked my son if he had any washing. He said to wash everything in his backpack. So I did. I checked jeans pockets, hoodie pockets, trouser pockets - as I always do. Later on I hung it all up in the utility room ( very handy when weather is bad ) .

Some time later my son was looking for his pay slip. He asked if I had taken it out of his shirt pocket before washing it. Obviously I hadn't - never even thought to look there for anything. Anyway here is the offending payslip. Very wet and soggy but after drying it out it's just about readeable.

Note to son --- empty your own pockets from now on!
