best of both worlds

City days are absolutely fab when you live in the countryside.

Off to Manchester for the day where we watched the Pride March, which was definitely a feast for the eyes in every way. Ate at places that are far more interesting than what we can find in our provincial town, bought some things that we would never see on our high street and filled our brains with visual stimulus in an art gallery more varied than anything we have nearby (and undertook a family art challenge which is what Sienna is doing here!).

Then came home to our peace and quiet!
