Bruce Festival

J and I decided to take a wonder up the Bruce Festival seeing the weather didn't look too shabby. We watched some history battle reenactments and we also managed to buy and share a hot and fresh yummy /Arbroath Smokie between us!

We headed back to the house to get a few things sorted, I had to put some decorative gravel stones in the garden around our tree. It previously was soil and wood chippings, but some cat had been deciding that it was a littering area. So it was time that I laid some stones down to stop the fouling. J was preparing some food for the BBQ we're going to hold tomorrow. Fingers crossed for it staying dry!

Lastly, we had a wedding evening reception to attend at night. One of J's ex workmates got hitched today. Congrats on the happy couple!
