Three Good Looking Girls

All dressed up for the party! The "Welcome Violet" party! What a wonderful day it was. Daddy's mom, dad, and sister were all able to come and that was so nice! My sister and nephew were able to come, too And early enough to be put to work - Thanks, guys! Then, of course, all of the wonderful Orys, Andersons, and Kramers! Baby Violet was passed from one to the other all day and she was a sweetheart. Second cousin Clay held her so lovingly!
Friends of my older daughter who knew Violet's mommy when she was a baby came and Mommy's "old" babysitter popped in to make a fuss over her, too! I'm so glad Angie and her darling little boy were also able to come. What a day.

Now we are all just sitting around relaxing and enjoying more "baby time" Mommy, daddy and baby Violet will be leaving Tuesday. We are surely going to miss them! Violet has already grown and changed so much in the short 25 days she has been here!

Tomorrow Violet will be christened and two of her mom's sisters will be the godparents! Rachel is already the "other" mother but she will be standing in for her sister in Georgia. We have packed a lot in to these days, but not enough, not nearly enough.
