This morning's race

Ran the Pilgrims Way 8.5 cross-country this morning. Jayne's friend Angela joined us and she finished 3 minutes ahead of me in 73 mins.

The race was over a mixture of terrain and featured running (walking) up and down the North Downs several times. Jayne came and watched and took this blip, which is my last race before the birth of our child.
