A Baku summer time institution - Paul's German Beer Garden. A little piece of heaven serving weiss beer, and beautiful steak, as well as German sausages, potato salad and other tasty things. And they make their own spicy sauce. It's open in the winter too (although sadly I don't think it serves gluhwein) but really comes into its own on balmy summer nights.
