New head coach Alan had his new coaching manual out, and some excellent drills for the girls. They liked it and the core is staying together of the p3/4 group. Despite heavy rain beforehand they all enjoyed a good Saturday morning run around, and Hope won a trophy (for this week at least). Cost me a hot chocolate in Black Medicine later.
