Globe Thistle

I have walked past this globe thistle plant for weeks, thinking each time I needed to take a photo of it. I love the purple color, the shape, the uniqueness of this wonderful plant! Finally got the shot I wanted!

I've had a most wonderful weekend. We had a conference at church that was so edifying and uplifting. I worked hard, helped with 3 meals, played the organ, did dishes, but the spiritual food was worth all the effort!
