Wigram Museum

Friend and I took a visit to our Wigram Air Museum. What a great place it is.
No admission fee, and lots of things to look at and information to absorb.
A good cup of tea in the cafe afterwards, completed the afternoon.
This is a de Havilland DHC -2 Beaver. It was used in the Antartica during the 1950's, and eventually crashed there, the two persons in the plane were rescued after several days.
