Continuing my saga from yesterday of the yellow tomatoes, well I didn't have to go far to find a recipe that I liked. And I'd better like it because I'm going to have hundreds of tomatoes to use up... I discovered good old Delia Smith's Fresh Tomato Soup with Basil and duly made some from my first batch of 'Golden Sun'. It wasn't difficult and the result was delicious.

So, better get in some more plastic containers for the freezer and I can lay down batches of soup that I can enjoy through autumn and winter. Good job I've stopped working ... this could take some time!
