Sunday Morning On The Alexander Enzingerweg

The local rep said that this was her favourite walk, so we took the short bus trip and two lifts to the Alpincenter beneath the Kitzstein Glacier. From there, the walk is a 900 metre descent, largely along a steep grassy ridge, down to the Maiskogel cable-car top station. Of course with all this descent and little climbing, our calves and thighs will hurt like boggery tomorrow (and the day after, as it turned out).
