tomato paste

Got a new home-grown veggie box today including some courgette flowers (to stuff) and loads of tomatoes which I cooked up into paste for the winter. Or rather, cooked down as I ended up with only 3 little boxes. It would have been prettier if I'd had dinky little jars to store it in - but as it was, 3 tupperwares and into the freezer with them.
