Be Still

Well as my title says I'm a 'shy artist'. I am also a Baptist and was introduced to blip by grounded. Today was my day off from work!

This morning I spent some time in prayer, and was reminded of a day last year when I couldn't kneel (I still can't!) and wanted to kneel in prayer, so at that time I made a little wire kneeling figure (I hadn't drawn figures before then, and had only attempted making wire figures once before).

This afternoon I decided to draw the figure and see how I got on. I started with 2B pencil and then used some black conte.
