When face meets ground.....

When you get an email from a friend who is on holiday asking you to send them details of the local doctors surgery you know all is not well. This scary shot is 10 days after a cycling accident which resulted in a broken nose and fractured cheekbone amongst other injuries. Thankfully he was wearing a helmet or it could have been much worse. Good to have him back in nearly one piece.
