It takes a lot of puff

As it was my weekend for having my youngest with me i took him to East Kilbride , which is only about 10 miles from my house.
There is nothing like the shrill of the bagpipes and nothing in the world will stir a Scot like it.
I have seen Scots who have immigrated far and wide who have broken down in tears at the sound of the pipes, and not because it hurts to listen to them but it makes you swell up with pride and being proud to be Scottish.
These guys were outside the fire station in the town centre playing their hearts out advertising the open day.
Im proud to be Scottish and proud of my heritage and hope that the world sees us as a warm and friendly race.
