Ha Ha!! Another great toy! This time it is software. It is a free application which uses the motion sensor in Mac laptops to provide a seismic recording device.

To try it out I placed my MacBook Pro on the table of my radial-arm saw.

4:53:05- I started the saw's motor.
4:53:37- I began sawing a small piece of wood.
4:53:40- Finished cut.
4:53:48- Shut down saw motor.
4:54:03- Braked motor to stop.

It will be interesting to see the graph when we have our "Big One".
