Summer Days

Typical Bank Holiday weather today for our day trip to Llandudno.
Tea and cake on top of the Great Orme (in the car because we're wimps and it was far too windy!) Then we built sandcastles on the beach, ate ice creams, walked on the pier, played in the arcades, bounced on bouncy pirate ships and went up-and-down-and-round-and-round on a hot air balloon carousel. What a fab day!!
These flags caught my eye - they looked so striking against the stormy sky and the fluttering noise in the howling gale breeze was lovely
