Biking Bling

Not quite a back blip tonight, but the news is a few days old... other things on my mind it seems...

After moderate amounts of cycling this summer, we have bought a cycle trainer for the winter! Already used it a few times. I can see this working out well.

The time spent on the trainer is not as enjoyable as that spent on the road, but given my general lack of condition, it's probably more effective!
