Hellebore Husks
I love the simplicity of this shot the soft muted tones and perhaps, subliminally the fact that they are reflecting the changing season around me.
I'm not prepared to admit that today though, as I stroll around Queensferry in my summer short sleeved top and only a light cardigan to cover the bingo wings more than protect against the harsh chill. The rattle in my chest should be telling me that covering up would be better but I'm not one to listen to that.
I shot this fully on manual - it's to be the way from now on. I am also meant to be shooting in RAW but as I can't upload them to Blip in that format I won't be doing that yet. Oh, the weight of all there is to learn is scaring me today.
I am researching portrait photographers and identifying their style - really I am. Nothing like a challenge!
