Van Gogh painting?

NO! It's Chloe!

We walked from Surprise View ( near Ashness Bridge ) to Watendlath and back today. ( 3 hour round trip ) As we crossed the beck, Chloe swam under the bridge. So this is a bird's eye view of Chloe taken from the bridge.

Watendlath is a hamlet in the Borrowdale valley, not too far from Keswick. Hugh Walpole used Watendlath in his 1931 novel Judith Paris. There are just a few houses and a cafe which serves soup, rock cakes and cups of tea. Yes! We tried them all! Delicious!
