Lemon Cucumber

One of the best things about summer are lemon cucumbers! They are a fun thing to grow in your own home garden, or to pick up at the local farmer's market. Peel the thin skin off, slice, salt if you wish, and enjoy a slightly lemony flavorful late summer treat. Yummmmmmm

Thought I'd get this up early. I must clean house. Husband will be home full time now, as this is his LAST DAY OF WORK. Much to my surprise, it is now time for the retirement phase of life. The passage of time sneaks up on ya. Seems like we just had our first date.
