Down in Philadelphia

First day of my holidays and I found myself in downtown Philly. Transport was at a standstill, the lights were at red. As I looked again ... I saw the cars were empty there was even a burned out bus
... there was a bit of a chill in the air ... something was certainly going down just beyond 16th Street ... I tried to hail a yellow cab but alas to no avail ...
