Autumn begins

Had a lovely walk this afternoon. We did the first half of Worth Way and will complete it next week. It was overcast but warmer than of the last few days as there was no wind.
The Worth Valley Railway was running and we could see the steam and here the unmistakeable sound of the steam train in the distance.
Lots of signs of Autumn and certainly lots of mellow fruitfulness. Hence this picture of a traditional toadstool.
