Everything needs it's own box

This box of drawers sits on my bench with different types of tea in each compartment. If any get mixed up between drawers, well that's just a disaster lol.
It's the same with us. I'm the leader of various parts of youth work and I always like to know what's going on and staying focused etc to what I'm doing.
In my head it seems like I have wee 'boxes' and all my areas of life have their own box. However lately, bits of my boxes have all got mixed up and today I realised just how much I can't cope with this. I end up losing focus on a lot, due to me getting agitated and frustrated with myself. Today I had to sit and talk over ideas etc and get all these 'boxes' tidied up again so that I can see my way ahead. Through clearing out and tidying up, we also see the areas where we can let go or improve..
Today was tough but now I know it was worth it.
