Spring

I've been so impressed with my friend Folkie Booknerd's resolution to blip for a year that I've decided to do the same.

Well, sort of.

I thought I'd first set myself the target of blipping every day for a month to see how I hold up under the pressure, then see about continuing for the full calendar year.

Anyway, today I took a shot in the city centre of Wellington but, making my way down the path to my front door, I spotted some spring flowers that seemed to want to be photographed.

It's the first day of spring here and I wanted to share it, particularly with anyone in the Northern Hemisphere who will be going into autumn.
