Give me 100 kids in an assembly hall and after a few initial nerves I'm in my element. Give me 10 adults in a board meeting and I go to pieces, have a dodgy stomach and chew off my nails. Unfortunately this week I have to give a management report (10 adults in a board room) and a Synod report (20 vicars and associated wigs in a Church hall). Roll on Friday :(
