Shiny new hip

I'm back online.
Thank you everyone for your good wishes
I went into hospital yesterday, after blipping, and had a total hip replacement in the afternoon.
This is the view from my bed on Wednesday.

Sorry I was cryptic but I was terrified.

Everyone in the hospital has been so supportive and I'd like to say a big thank you to them.

And thank you to all those of you who have already had this miraculous surgery and reassured and helped me.
