Private Show
Set off for Orkney at 4am this morning.
9am we were at Chanonry Point watching the dolphins. Always magical & always reduces me to tears.
The best time to see them really close is just on the turn of the tide. They are so close you feel you could almost touch them. Infact last year we made the near fatal mistake of letting mad dog off his lead & he was in swimming with them!
Today we were there about an hour after low tide and all the dolphin we saw were passing by, after the fish, but it still was spectacular and brought tears to my eyes. The little chap in the photo came prepared & was treated to quite a show, although they were further away from the shore by this point.
