Bomble, my blipping companion

At last, a gently warm sunny morning with a perfect blue sky to remind me of provencal mornings in springtime.

By afternoon it had clouded over but remained balmy and I strolled about with a peppermint tea and enjoyed the garden. I am quite exhausted after a busy evening and day, particularly when reflecting on the meeting last night.

I have appreciated the personal responses to my blip; it reminds me that others feel and think the same way as me, which one can too easily forget. I am trying to think what any of us can do to effect positive change instead of what seems likely to be a destructive path.

But in the garden I could let go of these concerns whilst I wandered with my camera. As I stood admiring and recording the medlar tree's fruits, I felt Bomble's tail slide past my calf, as he does when he comes to greet you. A vocal request for more food followed and then he moved a few feet up the garden to sit and observe. I moved my frame very slightly to fit him in to my blip. As I've mentioned before Bomble seems to be ever present when I join him in his domain. We love him and his affectionate ways, mostly.
