SHADOW

.... of my former self. Well, let's not get carried away, especially as I seem to have hit a stonewall, or blubber wall.

Today I've been to work. I've got through a pile of ironing. I've eaten another salad. I'm luckier than many.

Later tonight there is a programme on about the Twin Towers. The one last night about the Firemen was the most moving and emotional programme I have seen about the awful events of that day.

Rest in peace, though you will never be forgotten.
