Scary!!!!!!!

What on earth is it? An instrument of torture????
No - it's some sort of excersise machine!
I have decided that it's time to get a grip and try to rebuild this body of mine! It's amazing how quickly your muscles waste when you are in bed for a while - so now, for the first time in my life I am going to a gym! Shock Horror!!!
Actually - I'm cheating a bit by going to see a particularly wonderful physiotherapist in a little side room so I don't have to have much contact with all those seriously fit bods there - and I don't have to wear lycra either!
