Canals End

This is where the Forth and Clyde now ends in the Carron. The site there is meant to be home to a giant ship lift fashioned in the shape of two horses heads. The computer graphics looked amazing. Despite lottery funding it's never appeared, which is a pity as I fancied blipping it's progress for the next couple of years.

Not sure they need it anyway, I never see any boats using the locks.... it would look smart though.
