Today we attended the Apple Blossom Festival in Winchester Virginia.
E ran in the 10K (time 41:55, 5th place for his age, 70th overall) .
Dad came to watch the race.

Later we attended the parade and watched
Z play saxophone with the Skyline Marching Band.

A fulfilled a life long dream and ate a "funnel cake".

This shot was along the "Midway" (a name which dates back to the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago).

We did not see the Yak Woman, nor the two headed sheep.
We did stand in line to buy frozen strawberry flavored sugar water. Even with 1/2 off for refills the price was exorbitant.

I shot a few hundred images. It was hard to choose a blip. I was kind and did not blip these nice people from the waist down.
